Tuna Rice Slice
Serves 4 plus leftovers for the lunchbox

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rice
-
1 large 425g tina tuna in springwater, drained

1 cup grated cheese
-
1 zucchini, grated (liquid squeezed out)

4 eggs
-
1 cup milk
-
1 teaspoon onion powder
-
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:​

Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Line a slice tray with baking paper.
-
Mix all ingredients together and add to lined slice tray.
-
Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
-
Serve hot or cold.
