Tuna Rice Slice
Serves 4 plus leftovers for the lunchbox

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1 large 425g tina tuna in springwater, drained

  • 1 cup grated cheese

  • 1 zucchini, grated (liquid squeezed out)

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:​

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. Line a slice tray with baking paper.

  3. Mix all ingredients together and add to lined slice tray.

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.

  5. Serve hot or cold.
