Raspberry Bliss Balls
Makes 12


  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup coconut

  • 4 fresh dates

  • 2/3 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)


  1. Blitz everything together in a food processor until the mixture comes together. Add a small amount of water if you need.

  2. Roll into small balls, keep refrigerated.
